Hello, I found out about the program through Facebook in 2022 from a colleague from the Rosarito savings fund group. My experience in construction was something new for us, who had never participated in something like this. We really like being able to collaborate in building others homes and ours!

When we entered the FAV a few months later, we went through some challenges because we went through the pandemic and my family and I got sick. We also lived far away and it was very difficult for us, especially with payments since we were without work for a while. But we managed to accommodate the months that it was difficult. We doubted that we would continue in the group and that we would be able to have our house.
