"One day my son Ricardo looked at Rosa’s house being built and went to ask her how he could get into the same program as Rosa. She gave him information that he had to go to the meetings on 3 Mondays to find out about the FAV program. They did a socioeconomic study on me and they visited my land to see if I qualified. And yes I qualified and I started making my payment on October 12, 2020 of $500 pesos per week until I was in the program for one year to complete the 10% savings for block production, when they told me that I already had 10%! Mr. Eduardo informed me that they were going to start my construction project, what a thrill, what an impact and joy that they were going to start building my house, after having the vacant lot after 10 years!

My experience with Fundación Esperanza has been a beautiful coexistence, it has been very pleasant and very helpful together with the technicians who have supported us and have cleared up our doubts so that my house will be well made from nothing to everything. Yes, there were moments when my body couldn't take it anymore, from exhaustion, but at night I would pray and give thanks to God, because it was my house that we were all building as a team and that gave me strength. To this day, I give thanks to each and every one who participated in my project. May God bless you and continue to use you to bring more joy to families seeking to obtain a dignified home, or dignified housing. So far, I have been with Fundación Esperanza for 2 years and 7 months, after having the vacant lot for 10 years. For many years without building at last I have my house and thanks to everyone who collaborated in the construction of my home. God bless Fundación Esperanza for making the dream of having dignified housing come true for many.
