Volunteers are part of the backbone of our organization- making it possible for us to build more homes, change more lives, and build more trust across international communities.
As a general volunteer, your group's leader will typically do most of the planning and communication for you. On this page you'll find everything you need to prepare for your volunteer trip with Esperanza.

As of 2026 we have all online only waivers, no more needing to print! Please complete at least 2 weeks before your trip arrival date. Reach out to your group leader or to our Program Director at Programs@EsperanzaInt.org with any questions.Â

What we require for travel insurance for international volunteers
At Industrias La Mesa, through our volunteering, we look for programs to join. Esperanza is one of the projects that we were interested in bringing our collaborators closer to, not only as volunteers in the construction of houses that provide a better quality of life to families, but also as a program they could have access to.
We are excited to be part of these volunteering experiences as they allow us to strengthen our relationships with our coworkers and the community. We are grateful to the families that let us support them in reaching their dreams and make us feel like one of their own.
